Our President and CEO, Nadine Thompson

Nadine Thompson is the Founder, President and CEO of Soul Purpose.  Born in Trinidad, and raised in Toronto, Canada, Thompson received her Master’s Degree in Social Work from Smith College. She went on to become Dean of Multicultural Affairs at Phillips Exeter Academy in New Hampshire where she shared her rare combination of insight, cosmopolitan warmth and her gift for bringing people together. She was able to meld the prep school’s long tradition of education with a racially diverse and representative student body and faculty.

Nadine was the co-founder and CEO of Warm Spirit and left in 2007 to start her own company.  Soul Purpose was born in the Fall of 2007 and has already achieved well over a million dollars in sales. You do not want to miss hearing Nadine share her vision for the future of Soul Purpose.

C. Pastor, Joyce Braithewaite

Pastor Joyce Braithewaite is a master motivator and spiritual leader.  She knows exactly what it takes to experience the success that you are destined to have in your life.  She will show you how to Step Up Successfully.  It is her belief that the time is now to live your best life.  According to Pastor Braithwaite (This season is a season for women leaders to unite! As we come to the forefront and take our seat, right along side of our brothers. Just look at the handwriting on the wall! More and more women are paving the way and are on the frontline, for example, in politics, women are becoming Prime Ministers and like our very own Secretary of State are in a position of power! In ministry, women are being consecrated as Bishops locally and internationally! In business, women are CEOs and Chairman of the Board of many Fortune 500 companies! These many great accomplishments of our sisters cause us to realize, that all things are in deed working together for our good! Rom. 8:28)

 She created United Sisters with a Purpose in May of 2004 and is the spiritual leader of Life Changing Word Tabernacle.  You will not want to miss out on what Pastor Joyce has to share with us on March 27th.  It will be a blessing.

PREPARATION

PLANNING YOUR TRIP

The 2010 Spring Training Event officially begins on Saturday, March 27th, 2010 at 9:00am.  We recommend that you arrive prior to the start of the event.  Here’s why:

1.    The event begins promptly and we have a lot to cover and we don’t want you don’t miss any portion of the event or disrupt the event while in progress.

2.    The event will begin promptly at 9:00am on Saturday, March 27^th with a continental breakfast.

3.    You should be well rested before the start of the event as well.

Please plan to attend for the entire duration of the day.  We are scheduled to end the event at 5:00pm on Saturday, March 27th.   It is important to stay for the entire day as the last two hours are the most important part of the event.

MAKING HOTEL RESERVATIONS

We do not have a host hotel.  However, I have check out the rates at Hotels.com and would encourage you to book as soon as possible.  Here are some hotel suggestions for those of you that are traveling from afar.

WHAT TO BRING

For the event, business casual clothing is recommended.  Room temperatures in meeting rooms are kept cool for the sake of the presenters.  Therefore, we advise that you to dress in layers and to bring a comfortable sweater or jacket or whatever is needed to keep you comfortable.  Sessions can sometimes run long, and as such we advise you to bring healthy high-energy snacks or anything else that you will need to keep you happy.  We promise that the time will fly by…and of course, staying hydrated and satiated with will keep you focused and joyful for the duration! 

SPECIAL PROMOTION (Open to all attendees)

“Get in the Limo” Promote to or be paid as Diamond  at least one time in (Jan, Feb or have documentation complete by March 27^th) and you can get in our limo which will have a special tour of some of New York’s amazing landmarks.

TRANSPORTATION FROM AIRPORTS:

There are (3) major hotels in New York.  JFK, LaGuardia(LGA) and Newark(EWR).  I suggest that you fly into LGA.  It is the most convenient for getting into Manhattan.

Event Pre-Work:

Before the event make sure that you long on the website often www.elitesuccessmasters.com/springtraining.   You will be able to pick up future Pre-Work Assignments and Documents.

The Pre-work for this event is as follows:

1. Pick up and read “Three Feet From Gold” by Sharon Lecher and Greg S. Reid
2. Review and answer the Readers Questionnaire. 
3. Listen in on the Pre-event call on Thursday, February 18^th at 10pm EST
4. 30 days before the event participate in the Daniel Fast.  (Documents are posted online Click Link on Left) Focus on clarity, understanding and expansion.
5. Purchase and read the “Prayer of Jabez” And complete the Readers Questionnaire.
6. Complete the “Anatomy of An Organization Document” (to be added)
7. Complete the “Goals and Expectations” Worksheet.

Attendees can expect to learn the key strategies and techniques that will not only advance their business, but also their personal and professional life.  We encourage everyone to take advantage we have to offer.  Do yourself a favor and do not come to the event alone.  Bring your team with you.  You will not regret that you did this.

Opening Session – In our opening session we are going to address our overall theme of “Step Up for Success”.  You will learn exactly what it means to step up in Soul Purpose.  You can expect this message to be “no holds bar” as we set the stage for what’s to come. This session will be hosted by Toni Coleman Brown.

Keynote Speaker #1 Nadine Thompson – You do not want to miss our President and CEO talk about what is to come in Soul Purpose.  You will literally feel as if you have Step Into the Future as you explains what’s to come for all us. 

Step Up by using The Success Formula - The Success Formula used by the Soul Purpose Success Masters is simple:  “Sample, Share, Sizzle and Close”.  In this session you will learn how to use the simple formula for to explode your organization.  This session will be hosted by Soul Purpose Diamond Executives.

Step Up & Host More Gatherings– Gatherings are the lifeblood of our business.  In this session you will learn how to book, host, and perform more gatherings using our gathering success system.  This system has been proven to generate more sales and more new recruits from your home parties.  This session will be hosted by Soul Purpose Diamond Executives

Break Out Session for Managers & Above – In this session you will learn exactly what it means to be a leader in network marketing.  Learn what it takes and what you need to do in order to materialize and manifest unlimited success.

Break Out Session for Associates – It’s always best to do first things first.  In this session associates will discover the “First Steps to Success” in Soul Purpose. 

Closing Session & Recognition – Are you ready for us to generate a million dollars per month in sales?  How is this going to happen?  It is going to happen when we make it happen.  Nothing happens in network marketing by chance.  Everything is done in a pre-mediated way.  As we close out the day, you will discover.  How we plan to create, advance and sustain momentum.  You will get HOMEWORK and Step Up - CHALLENGES and the ability to participant in special follow-up calls for the remainder of the year!!!!  Plus we’re going to Recognize all participants and newly promoted LE’s.
